About the Team

Research Group on National Security & Democratic Resilience in Law

Our team is composed of legal scholars who are dedicated to the development of Taiwan's national security legal system. We are committed to researching national security law reforms and promoting public awareness of national security legal concepts.  

Currently, our work operates under a multi-year research project funded by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), titled “National Security Law and Topics: A Comparative Law Approach”.
